Collaborated with a specialized data team under the direct mentorship of Brennan Leong (Chief Commercial Officer) to optimize sales forecasting for a leading B2B pharmaceutical distribution platform. We analyzed large-scale medicine distribution datasets to bridge the gap between historical sales data and future inventory requirements, ensuring smoother supply chain operations for the company’s regional hubs.

Core Impact & Responsibilities

  • Demand Forecasting & Trend Analysis: Served as a lead analyst using Excel and R to identify seasonal patterns and qualitative trends within pharmaceutical sales. I developed predictive models to forecast future demand, allowing the company to move from reactive to proactive inventory management.

  • Strategic Warehouse Allocation: Translated forecasted demand into actionable warehouse logistics. I provided data-backed suggestions for the allocation of goods across storage facilities to minimize stockouts and reduce excess inventory overhead.

  • Executive Collaboration: Participated in weekly strategic briefings with the CCO, refining my ability to translate complex data visualizations into high-level business insights.
